Eligibility: You confirm that you are a natural person with full civil capacity, or that you have obtained the consent of your legal guardian.

Registration Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information, and update it in a timely manner when changes occur.

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and password, and for all activities under your account.

Account Uniqueness: Each user may only register one account. Accounts may not be transferred, lent, gifted, or otherwise made available to others.

The Platform provides the following services:

Hardware Community: Forum discussions, technical exchanges, and project sharing.

Supply Depot: Online purchase of XIKII brand products and related hardware accessories.

Instant Messaging: Direct messaging and group chat features between users.

Daily Lottery: Daily lottery activities using points.

Membership System: Member levels, points, and exclusive benefits.

Asset Management: SN code registration, device management, and after-sales services.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any services based on business needs, with prior notice to users.

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

• Not post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, privacy-infringing, or discriminatory content.

• Not publish false information, spam, or malicious marketing content.

• Not use technical means to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform.

• Not access other users' accounts or personal information without authorization.

• Not engage in any form of fraudulent activity through the Platform.

• Not copy, modify, or distribute the Platform's content or code without our written authorization.

Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, service suspension, or account termination at our discretion.

Points Acquisition: Users can earn points through check-ins, interactions, and purchases. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Points Usage: Points can be used to participate in daily lottery activities. Entry fees are as displayed on the activity page.

Lottery Rules: Daily lotteries use a fair random algorithm. Results are final and cannot be changed. Each user may enter only once per event.

Prize Distribution: Points prizes are awarded instantly. Physical prizes will be shipped via logistics; please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

We reserve the right to adjust the points system and lottery rules with prior notice.

Product Information: We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, but deviations may occur due to technical limitations. The actual product received shall prevail.

Order Confirmation: Orders become effective after submission and payment completion. Pre-order items must be paid within the specified time, or they will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping: Products are delivered through third-party logistics providers. Delivery times and fees are as displayed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges: For quality issues, you may apply for after-sales service within 7 calendar days of receipt. Customized items and unsealed products are not eligible for returns without cause.

SN Code Management: Each product comes with a unique SN code for product registration and after-sales service. Please keep your SN code information safe.

Platform Content: All content on the Platform (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, and interface designs) is owned by XIKII or its respective rights holders.

User Content: You retain intellectual property rights to your original content posted on the Platform. However, you grant XIKII a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

Trademarks: The XIKII name, logo, and related trademarks are registered trademarks of XIKII and may not be used without written authorization.

• We are not liable for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or cyber attacks).

• We do not guarantee the content of communications or transactions between users.

• We are not responsible for account security issues and losses caused by the user's own actions.

• The Platform may contain third-party links; we are not responsible for the content or security of third-party websites or services.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms as needed. Modified Terms will be communicated through platform announcements or push notifications. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination: We may terminate your access to the service if:

• You violate these Terms

• You request account cancellation

• Required by law or regulatory authorities

• We decide to discontinue the Platform

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the jurisdiction where XIKII (Dongguan Jiangwan Cultural Creativity Co., Ltd.) is located.
